24.3   ImageFinder Support Service Levels

With ImageFinder Level 0 Service (this comes with the purchase of the ImageFinder), you can:

•     Get Help for installing the software.
•     Get Help on how to operate the software
• by running examples in the ImageFinder & trying some of your own examples.
•     Evaluate the ImageFinder
• & justify a product/service development opportunity to your organization based on this Preliminary Evaluation, if such a project is not already in place.
• This Preliminary Evaluation is usually based on a few of your own image pairs.
•     Select an additional Service Package based on your need.

With ImageFinder Level 1 Service ($1,000), you can:

What you get for your Level 1 Service investment:

Preliminary Assessment

•     You will provide 100 pairs of your own normalized images.
• You are responsible for data collection & normalization.
•     We do all the work
• (i.e., tuning the off-the-shelf ImageFinder’s 70 open parameters for your 100 pairs of images) saving you a LOT of time.
•     You will receive a software ready to go.
• (It will not have the accuracy rate which a Level 2 Service will give you, because a Level 2 Service is based on 1000 pairs of your own images instead of only 100 pairs.)

•     We will give you written instructions for the software will be receiving.
•     We will give you the various Identification Rates based on your 100 image pairs
• (i.e., false acceptance rate, false rejection rate...),
• meaning, 40,000 comparisons in an N: N Matching.

•  For small projects, a Level 2 Service may completely satisfy your requirements.

•  For larger projects, these initial results will promote even greater confidence & gather greater internal support from your company when you are seeking internal justification to go forward with a larger project.

• Attrasoft's development experience will specify the required work & map the shortest path to the System Integration;
• Most importantly, Attrasoft Services might prevent you from following a wrong path.

Once a Level 1 Service has been completed, it will be easier to Define necessary Performance Requirements for a more in-depth Customized project as you will be more familiar with what functions are and are not available in the off-the shelf ImageFinder.

Functions not available in an off-the-shelf ImageFinder can be provided in a customized version.

With ImageFinder Level 2 Service ($5,000), in addition to Level 1 Service, you can:

What you get for your Level 2 Service investment:

Feasibility Study

•     You will provide 1000 pairs of your own normalized images.
• You are responsible for data collection and normalization.
•     We do all the work
• (i.e., tuning the off-the-shelf ImageFinder’s 70 open parameters for your 1000 pairs of images) saving you a LOT of time.
•     You will receive a software ready to go.
•     The software you will receive will be a Far More accurate software than a Level 1 Service software.
•     We will give you written instructions for the software will be receiving.
•     We will give you the various Identification Rates based on your 1000 image pairs
• (i.e., false acceptance rate, false rejection rate...),
• meaning, 4 million comparisons in an N: N Matching.
•     For small projects, a Level 2 Service may completely satisfy your requirements.

•     For larger projects, these initial results will promote even greater confidence & gather greater internal support from your company when you are seeking internal justification to go forward with a larger project.

• For a more in-depth project, we will set an implementation roadmap.
• Attrasoft's development experience will specify the required work & map the shortest path to the System Integration;
• Most importantly, Attrasoft Services might prevent you from following a wrong path. 

Once a Level 2 Service has been completed, it will be easier to finalize an implementation road map regarding Performance Requirements for a more in-depth Customized project.

Functions not available in an off-the-shelf ImageFinder can be provided in a customized version.

Both Level I & Level II Services are based on the off-the-shelf software. Some projects require further customization beyond the off-the-shelf ImageFinder, which leads to Level 3 Service & Level 4 Services below.

Extensive Consultation Help

Get extensive Consultation Help from Attrasoft throughout your entire Development Phase, from device setup, data collection, layered approach, up to the System Integration, ensuring smooth development.

In all of the above cases, the off-the-shelf ImageFinder is used. However, from time to time because projects using Image Recognition are Pioneer Initiatives, it is sometimes necessary to make minor modifications to the ImageFinder; sometimes, a major effort will be necessary for the Feasibility Study (Level 2 Service).

•     Database other that Microsoft Access;

•     Video Formats other than .avi files;
•     New Image Preprocessing Filters;
•     Customized Filters;
•     Programming Library;
•     Specific Symmetries or Combination of Symmetries;
•     Attrasoft can implement any symmetry (or combination of symmetries) which can be described by mathematics;
•     Further refinement Tuning for small image segments;
•     Fine Tuning of the Neural Parameters;
•     Digital Image Database (Combine ImageFinder with Database);
•     Image Formats other than jpg and gif;
•     Counting objects which are NOT physically separated;
•     Reducing all images by the same amount without distortion to 100x100;
